	How does painting your own pottery work? You pick the piece you want to paint. Then we show you how to use the paints and help you with ideas. You leave your finished piece with us and we glaze and fire it for you & you can pick it up in 5-7 days. Choose it... Choose a piece of unfinished pottery from our selection of over 500 pieces. We have fun and functional pottery for a variety of tastes. ___________________________ Paint it... Use our wide variety of paints to create your piece. Idea books, personal attention so that everyone can make a work of art they are proud to take home. Our glazes easily wash out of clothing. ___________________________ We Fire it! Once you have finished painting your piece, we will coat it with a clear glaze and fire it in our studio. All products are food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe. All paints and glazes are non-toxic and lead free. Visit our Gallery to view finished customer & staff pottery Do I need a reservation? No, Walk-ins are welcome. Weekends are usually busier than weekdays. Can I purchase a piece that is already painted? Yes! Both the owner and studio manager have their pieces for sale in the studio. They will also make custom pieces for you -- great for gifts! What are your hours? We are open 7 days a week. 10-7pm Monday through Thursday, 10-9pm Friday, 10-8pm on Saturday, and 1-5pm on Sunday. You can walk-in or book parties during our regular business hours and private parties are available for reservation during off hours! Please check our calendar for the most up-to-date information on hours and events. Is it safe to eat off my finished piece? Yes! The finished pieces are completely food safe. Our paints are non-toxic and lead free. Totally safe for young children and for making baby hand and foot prints. Do I have to know how to paint? Absolutely not! It's fun, it's easy, and we can show you everything you need to know! What if I make a mistake? Our friendly, knowledgeable staff is always available for hands on help so we can answer any questions you have or help with mistakes. Most paints easily wipe off so you can make corrections. How much does it cost? Each piece is priced separately and the cost includes everything -- the paint, glazing, firing, and studio time. You can use as many colors as you like and stay as long as you want. Small tiles, ornaments and magnets start at $5. What if I don't finish my piece on my first visit? No problem. If you don't finish during your first visit, no worries! We will keep it safe for you until you can return to finish with in 30 days. Are kids welcome? Of course! We are extremely family-friendly! Our motto is if you can hold a brush, you can paint! And of course we do baby hand and foot prints for even our smallest newborns!
